PA UC Money Network card never arrived - need direct contact number for card services

The Money Network card services number is 888-233-5916. When you call, be ready with your full name, last 4 of SSN, and mailing address to verify your identity. They can tell you when your card was mailed or send a replacement if needed. Sometimes they send cards to old addresses if there's been an address change in your claim.

When this happened to me last year, my card had been sent but was returned to them because my name wasn't on my mailbox! Check with your post office too. Also make sure UC has your EXACT address including apt number exactly as USPS formats it. Stupid system is super picky about that stuff.

That's a good point, I did move recently. My name is on the mailbox but maybe they have my old address. I'll double check everything when I call!

I actually tried setting up direct deposit but it gave me an error! The system said I had to receive at least one payment on the card first before I could switch to direct deposit. So frustrating!

UPDATE: Called the Money Network number and finally got answers! Turns out my card was mailed 3 weeks ago but returned because my apartment number was missing (even though it shows correctly in my UC portal).
