PA UC Money Network card never arrived - need direct contact number for card services

Has anyone got the direct phone number for these new Money Network cards? My regular UC benefits were approved over 3 weeks ago but I still haven't received my card in the mail. The paperwork said 7-10 business days but nothing's showed up. I checked my address online and it's correct. I need to call them directly but can't find the right number on the PA UC website. Getting desperate as rent is due next week!

The Money Network card services number is 888-233-5916. When you call, be ready with your full name, last 4 of SSN, and mailing address to verify your identity. They can tell you when your card was mailed or send a replacement if needed. Sometimes they send cards to old addresses if there's been an address change in your claim.

Thanks so much!! I'll call them right now. Do you know if they can expedite a replacement? I really can't wait another 7-10 days.

I'm already at 23 days since approval, and rent is due next week. Can't really afford to wait any longer unfortunately.

When this happened to me last year, my card had been sent but was returned to them because my name wasn't on my mailbox! Check with your post office too. Also make sure UC has your EXACT address including apt number exactly as USPS formats it. Stupid system is super picky about that stuff.

That's a good point, I did move recently. My name is on the mailbox but maybe they have my old address. I'll double check everything when I call!

If you're desperate to get through to PA UC directly to check on the status of your claim and card, try using Claimyr (claimyr.com). I was in the same situation - no card after 3 weeks and couldn't get through on the phone. Used their service to get connected to a UC agent within 20 minutes who fixed everything. They have a video showing how it works: https://youtu.be/CEPETxZdo9E?si=WL1ZzVZWG3KiHrg2

Yeah, it worked for me. I was skeptical too but was desperate after trying for 2 weeks to get through on my own.

Here's what you need to know: Money Network handles all PA UC debit cards now. Their # is 888-233-5916. If your card was returned, they hold it for 30 days before sending it back to Treasury. IMPORTANT: You can also switch to direct deposit on the PA UC portal under \

I actually tried setting up direct deposit but it gave me an error! The system said I had to receive at least one payment on the card first before I could switch to direct deposit. So frustrating!

THE WHOLE SYSTEM IS A JOKE!!! been waiting on my card for SIX WEEKS now and no help from anyone. called that number like 10 times and they just say \

If it's been that long, you should file a complaint with the PA Treasury department. They oversee the UC payment method program. You can also request an emergency payment through your local PA CareerLink office if you're facing eviction.

UPDATE: Called the Money Network number and finally got answers! Turns out my card was mailed 3 weeks ago but returned because my apartment number was missing (even though it shows correctly in my UC portal). They're expediting a new card that should arrive in 3-5 business days. Thanks everyone for your help!

That's awesome news! The missing apartment number thing is so common - happened to my neighbor too. Just make sure to update your address in every system (UC portal, USPS mail forwarding, etc.) so this doesn't happen again with future mail. Hope your new card arrives on time!

Glad you got it sorted out! Pro tip: call them again in 2 days to confirm it was actually sent. I've heard of people being told it was expedited but then nothing happens.

Good idea, I'll definitely do that. Can't afford any more delays!

So glad you got it resolved! The missing apartment number issue is unfortunately super common with these Money Network cards. For anyone else reading this - when you call 888-233-5916, also ask them to read back your full address exactly as they have it on file. Sometimes there are formatting differences between what shows in your UC portal and what Money Network actually received. I learned this the hard way when my card got returned twice before I figured out they had "Apt 2B" instead of "Unit 2B" like I had entered online.

This is such helpful advice! I wish I had known about the address formatting issue earlier - would have saved me weeks of stress. It's crazy how picky these systems are about tiny details like "Apt" vs "Unit" or even missing punctuation. For anyone dealing with this, definitely ask them to spell out your entire address letter by letter when you call. The representatives are usually pretty helpful once you get through to them.
