PA UC Money Network card arrived but no funds showing despite website deposit confirmation
I finally got approved for unemployment benefits last week after waiting nearly a month with an open issue. Got my Money Network debit card in yesterday's mail which was exciting, but when I checked the balance online it shows ZERO dollars! The PA UC dashboard clearly shows a payment was processed for $716 on Tuesday with status 'paid'. Called the card's customer service number but got stuck in an endless menu loop. Anyone else experience this delay between the UC system showing payment and funds actually appearing on the card? How long should I expect to wait before panicking?

this happens to like everyone. the UC website shows the payment like 48-72 hrs before it actually hits ur card. just wait another day or two and itll be there

When you receive a new Money Network card, there's typically a 1-3 business day delay between when the UC system shows the payment as processed and when the funds actually become available on your card. This is normal for the first payment specifically. The UC system marks payments as "paid" when they initiate the transfer, not when it completes. If your payment was processed on Tuesday, I would expect the funds to appear by Thursday or Friday at the latest. Future payments should be faster once the card is activated and linked properly in their system.

•Thats wat they WANT u to think!! I had this exact problem back in February and they conveniently "lost" my first payment. Had to file an appeal and everything. DOCUMENT EVERYTHING and call them ASAP!!!

For your timeline (payment processed Tuesday), you should see the funds by Friday. If not showing by Monday, then you should contact UC. •Yeah it took exactly 3 business days for my first payment back in January. Every payment after that showed up by the next morning. The card system is actually pretty good once it gets going.

If you need to speak with an actual UC agent about this or any other issues, I struggled for weeks with the same problem until I found Claimyr. They got me through to an actual PA UC rep in about 20 minutes when I'd been trying for days on my own. btw dont forget to check that ur account shows the right routing+account numbers in the UC portal. my friend had this problem where his payments were going to his old card for like 3 weeks and he didnt notice.
