Where is my unemployment payment from NYS Department of Labor - claim approved but no money

My unemployment claim was approved by NYS Department of Labor three weeks ago and I've been filing my weekly claims every Sunday. The system shows my payments as 'released' but I still haven't received any money. My direct deposit info is correct and I've double-checked everything in my my.ny.gov account. Where is my unemployment payment? This is really stressing me out because I have bills due.
