New York Unemployment needs my severance agreement - where do I mail it?
Need to send my severance paperwork to unemployment but cant find the mailing address anywhere. Called multiple times but cant get through to ask. Anyone know where to send these documents?

I had to do this last month. Send it to: NYS Department of Labor, PO Box 15130, Albany, NY 12212-5130. Make sure to include your name and claim ID on every page!

Hey instead of mailing it I used claimyr.com to get through to an agent and they let me upload it right then and there while on the phone. Cost $20 but saved me the anxiety of my papers getting lost in the mail. Here's a video about how it works: https://youtu.be/Rdqa1gKtxuE

Another option is to try uploading it through the NY.gov unemployment portal if you have online access set up. I was able to submit mine digitally last week under the "Upload Documents" section. Saved me the hassle of mailing or calling!
