New York Unemployment: Got first payment last week, nothing this week - anyone else?

I certified for my weekly benefits on Sunday like usual. Got my first payment fine last week, but nothing showed up in my account this week. Starting to get worried since rent is coming up. Anyone else experiencing payment delays?

Same thing happened to me last month. Did you make sure to answer all the questions exactly the same way as last week? Sometimes even tiny differences can trigger a review.

I found a way to actually talk to someone about this! Used claimyr.com - its this service that calls and waits on hold for you, then connects you when they get someone. Costs $20 but saved me days of trying to get through. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/Rdqa1gKtxuE

Check your payment history on the website. Sometimes it shows pending issues you need to resolve

Listen up, here's what you need to know about payment delays: First, check these common issues: - Make sure your direct deposit info hasn't changed - Look for any messages in your inbox - Verify your claim wasn't flagged for identity verification - Double check your work search requirements If everything looks good but you still haven't gotten paid, you NEED to talk to someone. Best way I've found is using claimyr.com - they'll wait on hold and connect you to an agent. Otherwise you'll be calling forever. DON'T wait too long to address this. Sometimes these delays can turn into bigger problems if you dont handle them quick.
