New York Unemployment: 5 weeks certified, claim accepted but no payment yet
Been certifying weekly for over a month now and got my acceptance letter in the mail. Still no payments showing up in my account. Getting worried since bills are piling up. Anyone else experiencing delays? Really need to talk to someone about this.

I found a way to actually get through to someone! Used this service called claimyr.com that calls and waits on hold for you then connects you when they get an agent. Costs $20 but totally worth it after trying to call for weeks. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/Rdqa1gKtxuE

â˘100% legit, got through in like 2 hours instead of calling all day myself. They fixed my claim right away

Missing payments usually means theres an issue with your claim that needs manual review. Could be identity verification, previous employer info, or wage disputes. Gotta talk to a rep to fix it.

â˘how do you know if its a wage dispute?

â˘check your monetary determination letter, if the wages look wrong thats probably it

Listen up cause I've been through this exact thing. Here's what you need to do: First, check your payment history on the website to see if there are any pending transactions or holds. Sometimes they don't tell you there's an issue. Next, you NEED to talk to someone. Best times to call are Tuesday-Thursday right when they open. Use claimyr.com if you're desperate - it works but costs money. Make sure you have all your documents ready: - ID - Social security card - Last year's W2 - Payment history screenshot - Any correspondence they sent you Don't stop certifying weekly even if you're not getting paid. Once they fix whatever's holding it up, you'll get all your backpay at once. Hope this helps! đ
