NYDOL login conflict - No payment for 2 weeks, SSN/PIN issue. Help!
Hey everyone, I'm having trouble with my unemployment claim. I haven't received my payment in 2 weeks and now when I try to log in, it says there's a conflict with my social security number and PIN. I've double-checked and I'm sure the information is correct. Has anyone else experienced this? Any ideas on what to do next?

Ugh, that sucks. I had a similar issue last month. Have you tried calling the unemployment office? Sometimes they can sort these things out over the phone.

•I've been trying to call but can't get through. It's so frustrating 😤

•Good luck with that. I spent 3 hours on hold last week and still didn't get to talk to anyone. The system is a joke 🤡

I found a way to actually get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/Rdqa1gKtxuE

•Sounds too good to be true. Has anyone else tried this?

•20 bucks? That's steep for something that should be free 😒

•I get the skepticism, but it saved me hours of frustration. Worth it IMO 🤷♂️

•Can you give more details about how it works? Is it legit?

•Yeah, it's legit. You just put in your info, pay, and they call you when they get an agent. Saved me a ton of time.

Have you checked if there's any maintenance or updates happening on the unemployment website? Sometimes they do that and it messes things up for a few days.

This happened to me too! Turns out there was a glitch in the system. I had to go to the office in person to sort it out. It sucks, but sometimes that's the only way to get things done.

•Oof, I was hoping to avoid that. How long did you have to wait at the office?

•It was about a 2 hour wait, but at least I got it resolved. Bring a book or something to keep you busy!

Here's what you need to do: 1. First, try clearing your browser cache and cookies. Sometimes this resolves login issues. 2. If that doesn't work, try resetting your PIN. There should be an option for this on the login page. 3. Check if your claim is still active. Sometimes claims get deactivated if you miss a weekly certification. 4. If none of the above work, you'll need to contact them directly. Try calling first thing in the morning when they open, or use one of those calling services others have mentioned. 5. As a last resort, go to the office in person. Bring all your documentation with you. Remember, don't give up! It's your money and you're entitled to it. Keep pushing until you get it sorted out. Good luck!

Have you checked your spam folder? Sometimes the notifications end up there. Also, make sure your contact info is up to date in the system.

I swear, dealing with unemployment is like playing a game where the rules keep changing and no one tells you. Hang in there, OP!

Hey, just a heads up - be careful about sharing any personal info when you do get through to someone. There's been a lot of scams lately targeting people with unemployment issues.
