there's a secret backdoor number that sometimes works: 888-###-#### (option 2, then 1, then 4, then social, then wait). Apparently its the line for "escalated claims" but they'll sometimes help with address issues too. I got through after only 45 min on hold last Tuesday.

CHECK YOUR PAYMENT METHOD TOO!!!!! Sometimes when you change your address it resets your payment preferences to the debit card instead of direct deposit. Took me forever to realize my money was sitting on a card I never activated 🤦‍♀️
