Really made a difference, save me time and energy from going to a local office for making the call.

Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.

Used this service a couple times now. Before I'd call 200 times in less than a weak frustrated as can be. Has anyone tried going to the office in person? I'm thinking of making the trip tomorrow, even though it's a long drive. Getting desperate here.
I tried that last week. Waited in line for 3 hours only to be told they can't help and I need to call the hotline. 🤡 Save yourself the trip.

The 0 effective days is such a scam. If there's federal money available (which there is) you should get it automatically. But NY makes it so complicated on purpose so fewer people collect. Capitalism at its finest 🤮

what exactly does it do? just calls for you?
Yeah it basically uses auto-dialers to keep calling until it gets through, then calls your phone when it connects with a real person. Saved me hours of frustration.
