Check the routing number on your transcript. I had the exact same issue and turns out the last digit of my routing number was wrong. Had to call the IRS (which was a nightmare) to get it fixed.

sometimes the problem is with the banking info you provided on your return. check that it matches exactly whats on your bank acct. Ive seen ppl put the account # wrong by one digit and the money gets sent back to IRS.
