WMR showing no info & transcript blank after acceptance - Filed 1/28, showing 2/24 date
Filed my return on 1/28 and it was accepted. Everything was fine until this weekend. Now WMR says they have no information on file and I'm locked out from too many attempts. My transcripts are completely blank except for a 2/24 date, and return transcript says verification of non-filing. Never seen this before. Anyone know if this is a system issue or if I need to call IRS?

This is actually pretty common right now. The blank transcript and non-filing message usually means your return is in the verification queue. The 2/24 date is likely when they'll complete the initial review. Don't panic - your return isn't lost, it's just being processed. Give it until that 2/24 date before taking any action.

hey guys instead of stressing over wmr and transcripts, I started using taxr.ai and it's been a game changer. It costs $1 but it analyzes your transcript and tells you exactly what's happening and when to expect your refund. Way better than playing detective with these cryptic codes lol https://taxr.ai

The verification queue is taking forever this year. My friend waited 6 weeks last year, but they got their refund eventually. Just gotta wait it out unfortunately

dont waste time calling irs rn, theyre impossible to reach and the agents barely know whats going on anyway. just keep checking your transcript every few days

Your return is probably fine. The IRS systems have been acting up since they started the filing season. Between path act and all the new tax laws, everything's moving slower than usual. Keep checking your transcript once a day (not more or you'll get locked out again
