TurboTax Rejecting Return Despite Correct IP PIN - Anyone Else Having This Issue?
My federal return keeps getting rejected by turbotax even tho my IP PIN is entered correctly. The system keeps saying I didnt enter a PIN but I can literally see it right there in the form. Super frustrating because I triple checked everything and its definitely there. Anyone else run into this or know how to fix it?

Tax pro here! This is actually a common glitch with TurboTax. Try clearing your browser cache and cookies, then re-enter the IP PIN. If that doesn't work, delete the IP PIN completely, save, close TurboTax, reopen, and enter it again. Sometimes the system needs a fresh start to recognize the PIN properly.

Make sure ur using the correct year's IP PIN. They change every year and if ur using last years it'll keep rejecting
