IRS Sent "No Record of Processed Return" Letter After I Filed on Jan 21st - Tracking ID 107339424990

Filed my taxes on January 21st and my transcripts still haven't updated yet. I keep seeing everyone else posting about their transcripts updating and getting DDD but mine is just sitting there doing nothing. I called the IRS twice and got nowhere. I just received a letter from the Internal Revenue Service in PHILADELPHIA, PA 19255-1498 dated 01-29-2025 with a Tracking ID: 107339424990. The letter is addressed to me and references my 1040_SERIES return for Tax Period: December, 2024. The letter states: "On January 29, 2025, we received a request for verification of non-filing of a tax return. As of the date of this letter, we have no record of a processed tax return for the tax period listed above." This makes no sense because I definitely filed on January 21st! Why would they send me a letter saying they have "no record of a processed tax return" when I filed almost 10 days before they issued this letter? The letter says if I have questions I can call 800-829-1040, but that's the number I've already called twice with no help. Is anyone else experiencing this or know what's going on? Why would they think I haven't filed when I did? And why are other people's transcripts updating with DDDs while mine isn't even showing up in their system?
