Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.

Used this service a couple times now. Before I'd call 200 times in less than a weak frustrated as can be. Pro tip: Go to your local IRS office in person. Make an appointment through the website. They can pull up your file and tell you exactly what's going on, and sometimes even resolve simple issues on the spot.
This! In-person appointments are way easier to get than phone calls these days. Just make sure to bring ID and any tax documents you have.

pro tip: if your bank shows pending deposits (not all do), sometimes you can see the pending refund a day or two before it officially posts. i can see mine pending in my wells fargo account rn even tho it won't be available till tomorrow

the irs is so broken this year man... ive been waiting since january for my refund and every time i call they just say "its being processed" š¤” the whole system needs to be rebuilt from scratch
Saaame. Filed in February, got a DDD in March, then nothing happened. Called for weeks with no luck getting through. Finally used claimyr.com to actually get an agent on the phone and found out my refund was held up for "verification" that nobody told me about. the TurboTax + Cash App + SBTPG unholy trinity has been the absolute WORST. after 3 weeks of trying to access my account I finally gave up and called the IRS directly. Was on hold for 2+ hours and then got disconnected š¤” anyone got a better way to reach a human?
I was in the same boat! Tried calling IRS like 15 times and could never get through. Finally used Claimyr (claimyr.com) and got a callback in about an hour. It was the only way I could actually talk to a live agent. They helped me figure out what was going on with my refund.

ā¢I switched to FreeTaxUSA this year after 5 years with TurboTax and it was soooo much better. Way cheaper too.
H&R Block online has been solid for me. Their refund tracking is way more reliable than the TurboTax/SBTPG nightmare.

check your bank account info on your tax return to make sure its correct. if one number is wrong the deposit will be rejected and the irs will mail a check which takes weeks. happened to me last year and it was a NIGHTMARE
