Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.

Every year it's the same anxiety-inducing BS with the IRS š¤¦āāļø I got my DDD email last week, nothing showed up by the date, I panicked, then it randomly appeared 2 days later. Their systems are from 1975 and run on hamster wheels I swear

Pro tip: Go to your local IRS office in person. Make an appointment through the website. They can pull up your file and tell you exactly what's going on, and sometimes even resolve simple issues on the spot.
This! In-person appointments are way easier to get than phone calls these days. Just make sure to bring ID and any tax documents you have.

check your bank account info on your tax return to make sure its correct. if one number is wrong the deposit will be rejected and the irs will mail a check which takes weeks. happened to me last year and it was a NIGHTMARE

the irs is so broken this year man... ive been waiting since january for my refund and every time i call they just say "its being processed" š¤” the whole system needs to be rebuilt from scratch
Saaame. Filed in February, got a DDD in March, then nothing happened. Called for weeks with no luck getting through. Finally used claimyr.com to actually get an agent on the phone and found out my refund was held up for "verification" that nobody told me about. Got it resolved in one phone call and my money arrived 3 days later. It was the only way I could talk to a live agent.

ā¢I gave up on them and just used claimyr.com to get the IRS directly. Turns out SBTPG never even received my refund even though WMR said it was sent. The IRS agent was able to see exactly what happened and fixed it.

Just a heads up - the Where's My Refund tool updates overnight, not in real time. If u check during the day nothing changes, but check first thing in the morning to see the latest status.
