Stuck with pending claim, can't reach anyone. Help!

Hey everyone, I'm having some trouble with my claim and I'm not sure what to do next. Has anyone else run into issues with their claims recently? I'm feeling pretty lost and could use some advice on how to handle this.

Thanks for asking. I filed a few weeks ago and haven't heard anything back. When I try to check online, it just says 'pending' with no other info. I've called like 50 times but can never get through to a real person. It's so frustrating!

Classic. šŸ™„ The system is totally overwhelmed. I was stuck in pending hell for months before I finally got it sorted.

Oof, that sucks. Have you tried reaching out on social media? Sometimes they respond faster there.

I found a way to actually get someone on the phone! I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/AsdxiF0IH1k

Sounds too good to be true. Is this legit? Has anyone else tried it?

I know it sounds sketchy, but I swear it's legit. I was desperate and gave it a shot. Got through to an agent in about 2 hours. Worth every penny for me.

Here's what I've learned from dealing with claim issues: • Document everything. Keep a log of all your calls, emails, and online interactions. • Check your spam folder regularly. Sometimes important notices end up there. • If possible, upload any additional documents they might need, even if they haven't asked for them yet. • Be persistent but polite when you do get through to someone. • Consider reaching out to your local representative's office. They can sometimes help push things along. Hope this helps! Hang in there, OP.

have you tried faxing your documents? I know it sounds like were back in the 90s lol but sometimes the old school methods work best with these outdated systems šŸ¤·ā€ā™‚ļø

Faxing? Seriously? šŸ˜‚ I don't even know where I'd find a fax machine these days!

I know right? But I swear it worked for me! There are online fax services if you don't have access to a real fax machine. Worth a shot!

Don't give up! I know it's tough but you'll get through this. Have you tried contacting your state rep?

Pro tip: call exactly at 7:59am. That's when the lines open and you have the best chance of getting through. Set an alarm and be ready to dial!
