If I could give 10 stars I would

If I could give 10 stars I would If I could give 10 stars I would Such an amazing service so needed during the times when EDD almost never picks up Claimyr gets me on the phone with EDD every time without fail faster. A much needed service without Claimyr I would have never received the payment I needed to support me during my postpartum recovery. Thank you so much Claimyr!

Really made a difference

Really made a difference, save me time and energy from going to a local office for making the call.

Worth not wasting your time calling for hours.

Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.

An incredibly helpful service

An incredibly helpful service! Got me connected to a CA EDD agent without major hassle (outside of EDD's agents dropping calls – which Claimyr has free protection for). If you need to file a new claim and can't do it online, pay the $ to Claimyr to get the process started. Absolutely worth it!

Consistent,frustration free, quality Service.

Used this service a couple times now. Before I'd call 200 times in less than a weak frustrated as can be. But using claimyr with a couple hours of waiting i was on the line with an representative or on hold. Dropped a couple times but each reconnected not long after and was mission accomplished, thanks to Claimyr.

IT WORKS!! Not a scam!

I tried for weeks to get thru to EDD PFL program with no luck. I gave this a try thinking it may be a scam. OMG! It worked and They got thru within an hour and my claim is going to finally get paid!! I upgraded to the $60 call. Best $60 spent!

This thread is absolutely incredible and should be required reading for anyone dealing with DEO adjudication issues! @PrinceJoe congratulations on finally getting your claim resolved - what a perfect example of how persistence and community support can overcome even the most frustrating bureaucratic obstacles. As someone who works in HR and has helped employees navigate unemployment claims, I can confirm that separation reason coding errors are unfortunately very common. The CONNECT system's application process is confusing, and many people accidentally select options that don't accurately reflect their situation. What's particularly infuriating is that these errors could be easily caught and flagged by the system instead of leaving people in adjudication limbo for weeks. The troubleshooting methodology everyone developed here is spot-on: check your separation coding, verify your determination status, upload supporting documentation, and use specific language when messaging DEO. @Sophie Footman and @Owen Devar provided excellent step-by-step guidance that clearly works based on the results. For anyone reading this thread who's currently stuck in adjudication, definitely follow the roadmap outlined here. Check that separation coding first - it seems like "Voluntary Quit" errors are epidemic right now. And don't give up! Your persistence will pay off just like it did for @PrinceJoe. This community support is exactly what people need when navigating Florida's broken unemployment system. Thank you all for sharing your experiences and solutions!

@Kaiya Rivera Thank you for that professional perspective! It s'really validating to hear from someone in HR that these coding errors are common - I was starting to feel like I was the only one who made such a stupid "mistake" during the application process. Your point about the system being able to flag these errors automatically is so frustrating because you re'absolutely right - if the questions are confusing enough that multiple people are selecting the wrong options, that s'a system design problem, not a user problem. I m'still waiting for my back pay to hit my account but just knowing the issue is resolved has lifted such a huge weight off my shoulders. The stress of not knowing what was wrong or how long it would take was almost worse than the financial strain. This community really saved me - I probably would have just kept waiting indefinitely if people here hadn t'helped me dig into the specific problem. Hopefully this thread helps many more people avoid weeks of unnecessary adjudication hell!

This entire thread is a masterpiece of community problem-solving! @PrinceJoe your journey from frustration to resolution perfectly illustrates why we need spaces like this - the official DEO system fails people, but collective knowledge and persistence can crack these cases wide open. What strikes me most is how this "Voluntary Quit" coding error seems almost systematic at this point. Between your case and all the others who discovered the same issue after reading your story, it makes me wonder if there's a specific question or interface element in the CONNECT application that's consistently misleading people. The diagnostic approach that emerged here - checking separation coding first, then systematically working through determination status, fact-finding sections, and document uploads - should honestly be the official DEO troubleshooting guide. Instead, we have a community of stressed-out people becoming amateur investigators just to get basic information about their own claims. @Sophie Footman @Owen Devar and others created what's essentially a crowd-sourced solution to a government system failure. That's both inspiring and deeply concerning about the state of our unemployment infrastructure. Really hoping your back pay comes through quickly and that this thread continues helping others escape adjudication purgatory. Stories like this restore some faith in the power of community support when institutions let us down.

@Natasha Volkova You ve'perfectly captured what makes this thread so valuable! As someone who just joined this community after stumbling across this post while desperately searching for DEO help, I m'amazed by the collaborative detective work that happened here. @PrinceJoe s'persistence combined with everyone s'troubleshooting expertise created something way more useful than anything on the official DEO website. The fact that multiple people discovered they had the same Voluntary "Quit coding" error after reading this thread is both helpful and alarming - it really does suggest a systemic problem with the application interface. I m'currently on week 2 of my own adjudication and you can bet I m'going straight to check my separation coding after reading all this! This community is proving to be more reliable than the actual government system we re'trying to navigate.

I'm in the exact same situation and this thread has been incredibly helpful! Got approved 10 days ago, first payment shows as processed in CONNECT, but still no Way2Go card. I was getting really worried something went wrong until I read all these experiences. Just tried creating the Way2Go website account using my SSN and DOB like others mentioned - it worked and shows my card was mailed 5 days ago! Such a relief to finally have some actual information instead of just wondering. One thing I wanted to add that might help others: I called my bank yesterday to ask about the direct deposit option for future payments, and they told me it can take 1-2 pay cycles for the switch to take effect once you set it up in CONNECT. So even after you get your card situation sorted, you might still need to use the Way2Go card for one more payment while the direct deposit processes. Planning to try the early morning Way2Go call strategy if my card doesn't show up by Wednesday. It's absolutely ridiculous that we have to jump through all these hoops just to access our approved benefits, but I'm so grateful everyone is sharing their experiences and tips here. This community has been way more helpful than any official DEO communication!

@Giovanni Rossi That s'really good to know about the direct deposit taking 1-2 pay cycles to kick in! I hadn t'thought about that timing issue. Definitely something to keep in mind when planning the switch. It s'frustrating that even the solution "to" avoid Way2Go card problems has its own delays, but at least we know what to expect. Thanks for checking with your bank on that - that kind of detailed info is exactly what we need to navigate this mess. I m'also planning to call Way2Go early this week if my card doesn t'show up. Hoping both of ours arrive soon so we can finally access our money and start setting up that direct deposit backup plan!

I'm dealing with this same nightmare right now! Been approved for 2 weeks and still no Way2Go card. Reading through all these comments has been such a huge help - I had no idea you could check card status on the Way2Go website without calling first. Just tried the login trick with my SSN and DOB that @Harper Thompson mentioned and it actually worked! Shows my card was mailed 8 days ago, which is both relieving and concerning since it should have arrived by now. I'm definitely going to try the early morning call strategy that several people mentioned. Sounds like 8 AM is the sweet spot for actually getting through to someone who can help. If my card doesn't show up by Wednesday, I'll ask about the expedited replacement option - $15 is totally worth it to finally access my benefits. It's absolutely insane that we have to become experts in navigating this broken system just to get our own approved money, but I'm so grateful for everyone sharing their real experiences here. This thread has been way more informative than anything I've gotten from DEO directly! Will definitely be switching to direct deposit once I get this card situation resolved. Thanks everyone for making this frustrating process feel less isolating!

@Evelyn Kelly I m'in almost the exact same situation! Approved 2 weeks ago and my Way2Go website account shows the card was mailed 6 days ago, but still nothing in my mailbox. This whole thread has been a lifesaver - I had no clue about any of these workarounds until stumbling across this post. I m'planning to call Way2Go at 8 AM sharp tomorrow morning based on everyone s'success with that timing. It s'ridiculous that we have to become detectives just to track down our own approved benefits, but at least we re'all figuring it out together! One thing I m'wondering - has anyone tried contacting USPS directly to see if there are any delivery issues in their area? I m'thinking maybe some of these mailed "cards" are getting stuck in postal delays rather than actual Way2Go processing problems. Might be worth checking before paying for expedited replacement. Definitely switching to direct deposit the second I get this mess sorted out. Never dealing with Way2Go cards again if I can help it!

Thanks! I'll update again when I get the payment. Fingers crossed it comes through without any more issues.

Congrats on getting it resolved! This is such a helpful thread - I'm bookmarking it in case I run into the same issue. The CONNECT system really needs a major overhaul, but it's good to know there are workarounds when these glitches happen. Thanks everyone for sharing your experiences and solutions!

Same here! I'm new to unemployment and was worried about what would happen if I ran into technical issues like this. It's reassuring to see that there are solutions and that the DEO agents can actually fix these problems when you reach them. This community has been so helpful - I never would have known about services like Claimyr or the reconsideration forms without reading through these discussions. Definitely saving this thread for reference!

I'm going through this exact same situation right now! Just got approved this week after weeks of waiting, and like everyone else here, I'm completely in the dark about payment timelines. This thread has been absolutely invaluable - I learned more in 10 minutes reading these responses than I did from hours of trying to navigate the CONNECT system. The waiting week policy is such a shock! How is this not clearly explained during the application process? When you're already struggling financially, finding out you won't get paid for your first eligible week feels like a cruel surprise. I'm definitely calling Way2Go tomorrow to check on my card status and request expedited shipping. Based on everyone's experiences here, it sounds like being proactive is the way to go rather than just waiting and hoping for the best. Thanks to everyone who shared their experiences and practical tips - this community support makes such a difference when DEO's official communication is so lacking. It's honestly frustrating that we have to rely on each other to figure out basic information about our own benefits, but I'm grateful this knowledge sharing exists!

I'm in the exact same boat as everyone here! Just got my approval notification yesterday and this thread has been such a lifesaver. I had absolutely no clue about the waiting week - that's such a critical piece of information that should be front and center during the application process, not something you discover by accident. It's honestly shocking how little DEO explains about their own system. I'm planning to call Way2Go first thing tomorrow morning to check if my card has shipped and definitely going to pay for expedited delivery. With bills piling up, waiting an extra week for regular shipping just isn't an option. The $15 fee seems totally worth it for peace of mind. What really gets me is how we're all going through the identical confusion and frustration - this clearly shows DEO has a major communication problem. We shouldn't have to rely on community forums to understand basic things like payment timelines and card delivery processes. But I'm so grateful for everyone sharing their experiences here - it's made this overwhelming process feel much more manageable knowing I'm not alone in this confusion!

I just went through this exact process a few weeks ago and can totally relate to the frustration! The lack of clear information from DEO is unreal when you're already stressed about finances. Here's what actually happened with my timeline: Got approved on a Tuesday, claimed my first week on Wednesday. That week ended up being my waiting week ($0), but the Way2Go card still shipped out about 3 days later. I called Way2Go using the number others mentioned (1-833-888-2775) and was able to track the card and pay for expedited shipping. My second week of claiming was my first actual payment - it processed on a Friday and was loaded to my card the following Monday. So from approval to first real payment was about 10 days total. Pro tip: Once you get the card, immediately set up the Way2Go mobile app and text alerts. It makes tracking payments so much easier than constantly calling or checking online. And definitely switch to direct deposit after your first payment if you can - cuts out the card delay for future weeks. The whole system is needlessly complicated, but hang in there! Once you get past this first hurdle, it becomes much more predictable. The waiting week policy is brutal but at least now you know what to expect.

Thank you! Yes, I'm claiming another week tomorrow. Such a relief!

Congratulations on getting approved! Your experience really shows how unpredictable the CONNECT system can be. The fact that the adjudication message disappeared and then the determination letter appeared the next day is actually pretty typical timing from what I've seen. For others still waiting - this is a great example of why it's worth checking your CONNECT inbox daily even if you don't get email notifications. The payments should start processing within the next few business days now that you have that approval letter. Keep us posted on when the money hits your account!

This is so helpful to hear! I'm currently in week 6 of adjudication and seeing success stories like this gives me hope. The timing really does seem random - some people wait months while others get resolved quickly. @Ava Harris did you have to do anything special or submit additional documents during your adjudication period, or did they just work through it on their own?
