If I could give 10 stars I would

If I could give 10 stars I would If I could give 10 stars I would Such an amazing service so needed during the times when EDD almost never picks up Claimyr gets me on the phone with EDD every time without fail faster. A much needed service without Claimyr I would have never received the payment I needed to support me during my postpartum recovery. Thank you so much Claimyr!

Really made a difference

Really made a difference, save me time and energy from going to a local office for making the call.

Worth not wasting your time calling for hours.

Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.

An incredibly helpful service

An incredibly helpful service! Got me connected to a CA EDD agent without major hassle (outside of EDD's agents dropping calls – which Claimyr has free protection for). If you need to file a new claim and can't do it online, pay the $ to Claimyr to get the process started. Absolutely worth it!

Consistent,frustration free, quality Service.

Used this service a couple times now. Before I'd call 200 times in less than a weak frustrated as can be. But using claimyr with a couple hours of waiting i was on the line with an representative or on hold. Dropped a couple times but each reconnected not long after and was mission accomplished, thanks to Claimyr.

IT WORKS!! Not a scam!

I tried for weeks to get thru to EDD PFL program with no luck. I gave this a try thinking it may be a scam. OMG! It worked and They got thru within an hour and my claim is going to finally get paid!! I upgraded to the $60 call. Best $60 spent!

This is becoming such a widespread problem! I work in HR and we've had three employees this year come to us with the same issue. One thing I'd add to all the great advice here - make sure your son keeps detailed records of EVERYTHING including dates/times of all phone calls, reference numbers from DEO, and copies of all correspondence. When our employees went through this, DEO required extensive documentation to prove they never filed. Also, some employers are now proactively monitoring for unemployment claims filed against their active employees, so don't be surprised if his HR department reaches out - it's actually a good sign that they're being vigilant about protecting their workers from this type of fraud.

Thank you so much for this perspective from the HR side! It's really reassuring to know that employers are becoming more aware of this issue and are actually monitoring for it. We were so worried about how this would look to his company, but it sounds like they're probably already familiar with these scams. I'll definitely keep detailed records of everything - we've already started a folder with all the documentation. Did any of your employees have issues getting the fraudulent claims removed from their work history, or does DEO clean that up once they verify the fraud?

I'm so sorry this happened to your son! This exact same thing happened to my neighbor a few months ago. One thing that really helped speed up the process was having her contact the Florida Attorney General's office in addition to DEO. They have an identity theft unit that works directly with DEO on these cases. You can file a complaint online at myfloridalegal.com under "Consumer Protection." They actually followed up with her case and helped get it resolved faster than just going through DEO alone. Also, make sure your son checks his Social Security earnings record online - sometimes these fraudulent claims show up there too and need to be disputed separately. The whole situation is incredibly stressful but you're doing all the right things by reporting it immediately!

That's awesome that your status updated! You're definitely getting close now. In my experience, once CONNECT shows "eligible" the payment usually hits within 3-5 business days. Keep an eye on your bank account over the next few days. And don't worry if it seems like a lot of money all at once - that's normal when they pay all the back weeks together. Congrats on sticking with the appeal process, it's such a relief when it finally works out!

Thanks for the encouragement! It's definitely been a stressful journey but seeing that status change gives me so much hope. I'm checking my bank account obsessively now haha. Can't wait to finally get caught up on bills. Really appreciate everyone's advice and support throughout this whole process - this community has been a lifesaver!

Congrats on getting the reversal! I went through this same situation last year and it's such a relief when the judge finally sees the truth. From my experience, DEO typically takes 2-3 weeks to process appeal reversals, but it can vary wildly depending on their current backlog. My advice would be to give it about 10 business days, then start calling if you don't see any movement in your CONNECT account. The key is to be persistent but patient - I know it's hard when rent is due! Also make sure to screenshot everything showing your current status in case there are any issues later. The good news is that once they do process it, you should get all your back weeks in one lump sum. Hang in there, you're almost at the finish line!

Thanks Santiago! Really appreciate the timeline and advice. I'm definitely going to screenshot everything like you suggested - that's a smart move I hadn't thought of. It's reassuring to hear from someone who went through the exact same process. The waiting is definitely the hardest part, especially with bills piling up, but knowing there's light at the end of the tunnel helps a lot. Did you have to do anything special to get the lump sum payment, or did it just automatically process all the back weeks once they updated your status?

So glad to hear you got it resolved! This is such a common issue right now - I went through the exact same thing two months ago after my ID.me verification. The "authentication token corruption" thing seems to happen a lot when their systems don't sync properly. For anyone else reading this thread with the same problem, I'd definitely recommend the Claimyr service if you can't get through on your own. It saved me hours of frustration and got me connected to someone who actually knew how to fix the technical issue instead of just telling me to "try again later." The DEO really needs to fix this sync problem between ID.me and CONNECT - it's ridiculous that so many people are getting locked out of their accounts right after completing verification. But at least there are workarounds that actually work!

This is really helpful information! I'm a newcomer to this community and currently dealing with a similar authenticator issue after my ID.me verification. It's reassuring to know that this is a known problem with actual solutions. I've been feeling so overwhelmed trying to navigate all of this on my own. Thank you for sharing your experience and confirming that the Claimyr service works - I was hesitant to try a third-party service but hearing multiple success stories makes me feel more confident about it. Hopefully DEO will fix this sync issue soon so others don't have to go through this stress!

Welcome to the community! I'm also dealing with authentication issues after ID.me verification and this thread has been incredibly helpful. It's frustrating that this seems to be such a widespread problem, but at least we're not alone in this struggle. I've been trying to get through to DEO for days with no luck, so I'm definitely going to try some of the solutions mentioned here, especially the Claimyr service since multiple people have had success with it. Thanks to everyone who shared their experiences - it really helps to know there are actual fixes available even when the system seems completely broken!

Welcome to the community! I'm also new here and just stumbled across this thread while desperately searching for solutions to my own authenticator problems. It's such a relief to find so many people who have actually gotten through this nightmare and can share what worked. I've been locked out of my CONNECT account for over a week now after completing ID.me verification and was starting to panic about missing my claim deadlines. Reading through everyone's experiences here has given me hope that this is fixable, even though DEO's system seems completely broken. I'm definitely going to try the early morning login suggestion first, and if that doesn't work, I'll look into the Claimyr service. Thank you all for sharing your solutions - this community is a lifesaver when dealing with DEO's technical disasters!

UPDATE: I got through to DEO this morning! Used Claimyr and was connected to an agent in about 30 minutes. The agent confirmed what everyone here said - there's a system glitch with the quarterly verification for PEUC claims. She cleared the flag on my account and added my missing weeks. I was able to claim them immediately and she said payment should process in 2-3 business days. Thank you all for your help and advice! Hope this helps others with the same issue.

That's awesome news! So glad you got it resolved. For anyone else still dealing with this - Andre's success story shows that persistence pays off. The Claimyr service seems to be working well for people who can't get through the regular phone lines. It's ridiculous that we have to jump through all these hoops just to get benefits we're entitled to, but at least there are solutions that work.

I'm dealing with the exact same issue right now! Been on PEUC since January and suddenly no weeks available since 3/21. The frustrating part is that CONNECT still shows my claim as "active" but there's literally nothing to claim. I've been calling every day this week with no luck - either busy signals or I get disconnected after waiting for hours. It's so stressful when you're depending on these payments to survive. Thanks to everyone sharing their experiences and solutions here - at least now I know I'm not alone and it's not something I did wrong. Going to try the Claimyr service tomorrow since calling directly hasn't worked for me.

One important detail about the ID.me video verification option: make sure you're initiating this process directly through the link in your CONNECT portal. If you just go to ID.me separately, the verification won't automatically link to your DEO account even if you complete it successfully. I made this mistake and had to do the whole process twice.

I'm so glad to see this thread helped you get through the verification process! The CareerSource suggestion was brilliant - they really are underutilized resources for these kinds of technical issues. For anyone else reading this who might be in a similar situation, I'd also recommend checking if your local library has phones available for public use. Some branches have phones specifically for people dealing with government services, and the librarians are usually pretty understanding about these kinds of urgent situations. The key thing is just getting access to ANY working phone number temporarily, even if it's not "yours" - as long as you can receive the verification text in real time, ID.me will accept it.

That's a great point about libraries having public phones! I didn't even think of that option. It's really helpful to know there are multiple backup solutions for people who find themselves in this situation. The main thing I learned from following this thread is that there ARE workarounds - you just have to know where to look and sometimes get creative with the resources available in your community.
