Okay I was waiting a couple minutes to see what happened since I’ve used the service multiple times that’s never happened to me…. I was transferred for a tier 2. I guess I will have to try again.
After the call you should receive a text message that says :
Thanks for using Claimyr. How was your call?
If EDD dropped your call, we will offer ten additional call backs for free for up to 48 hours.
To get another call, respond to this text message with YES.
reply yes and it will send another text saying they are placing another call for you.
If you’re not receiving the text scroll to the top and click on the “support “ icon or email support@claimyr.com and they will manually place a call for you based on your 10 callbacks. I had to do that 2 weeks ago but it worked.
If the EDD keeps hanging up on you, just place a callback order with https://claimyr.com/ . They make sure if the EDD hangs up, they force the EDD to call you back.
