Unfortunately their system sucks and with increased calls especially now since everyone is trying to get paid before stuff ends the drops are more frequent. Keep using the 10 free calls , if you need to contact claimyr for additional help with calls. But unfortunately there is nothing that can be done. I was on hold for 4 hours and got dropped , then again for 3 hours. It’s very discouraging but the outcome once you have been successful on getting thru is much more rewarding
I was I. The same boat for 3 weeks and yesterday I finally broke down and paid for claimyr and got a within a hour. She submitted my backdate. I have a link that will save u $5. It’s definitely beats the waiting.
