WOW FINALLY!!! I was on for 20 minutes, got through to someone (first time I’ve spoken to an actual person from ), then I was put on a 2 1/2 hour hold.. until finally another woman answered, figured out the issue, and said I’ll be paid everything I’m owed within 24-48 hours. THANK YOU!!!

•no! just that it was frozen.. she just said they’re very backed up (obv). i sent in an email question through the website, and she said that can also put a on your account. also, no need for any documents. just your social, address, phone number, etc. basic info.
