Holy crap it worked.  I've been waiting for my phone interview for 4 months.  I was skeptical but read through the posts and watched a youtube video someone posted on here about my exact issue.  Once the called me - and they did! - the key was to ask for a tier 2 representative to help me out.  I asked for that and was disconnected the first try.  But as promised by Claimyr I requested a new call and they called back.  This time I was able to get through to a tier 2 rep and he cleared up my problem and ALL the back pay for my was deposited to my BofA card today!  Amazing.  Thank you so much!

Richard, not sure what you mean. But I had been waiting for a phone interview to be scheduled to clear up questions the had. The rep I spoke with today was able to clear those questions and approve payment.

How many days did it take for the pending payments to process? I had my interview yesterday and they released the hold on my but I want to know how soon should I be expecting the money to hit my account?

For me, it was the same day, make sure your BofA card is up to date.

I made a mistake by saying I didn’t look for work on one certification…. Talk to multiple reps gave all correct info, being waiting for 3weeks and still no money on my updated card worked for every dime but still nothing being deposit everything still pending since July and I called 3 weeks ago and still nothing

Are you making sure to speak with a tier 2 rep? Try saying that you are experiencing financial hardship due to not being paid in over 3 weeks and ask if there’s anything they can do to push the payments through faster. Try asking for a tier 2 representative. That’s what worked for me. These people have others berate them all day, but they will want to help if you can get them on your side and let them feel like they are helping you. Good luck! 🍀
