Just posting again to let everyone know this website DOES work. & you will get your problems resolved! I was using this website for 4 days. today I got through to the person at 8am and she was knowledgeable so she didn’t even have to transfer me to a tier2. The ppl I was talking to before told me I had to file a new claim and I was up for review but this woman fixed it for me in less than 20 minutes. All my pending payments now say PAID & she said my money will be there in 24/48 hours!!!! Do not give up

But to say that you will get your problems resolved is not always true. It depends on what issue your having exactly. Just incase so nobody gets false hope.

usted sabe que si un representante finaliza la llamada, no es culpa de este sitio web. lo único que hacen es llamarte para que tú no tengas que hacerlo. si su llamada se cae o se desconecta, le dan diez llamadas telefónicas gratuitas. para alguien que usa este servicio, su dinero está bien gastado.

So es culpa de EDD, No todas tienen suerte con ellos
