I just want to post a positive feedback for those new here or still having doubts. I called this number and after following all instructions and being patient I was able to get in touch with a specialist who helped me with my situation and fixed my problem. Apparently it was a easy fix. I know that everyone has a different scenario but one thing I do advice is that the minute you pay your $20 fee you have to make yourself available for the next 5 hours at least. That’s how long it took me. If they put you on hold… wait! Just be patient I recommend putting your phone on speaker and I promise you it will be worth it! I needed help since December and this was such a blessing guys so please be nice and be patient to these people because they really do want to help.
