The rep just said there was a callback feature... has anybody had any luck with this? it might solve the disconnect issue.

so how do you use the callback feature? I wasn't offered that option

The txt would say if u need another call txt yes

Not a callback from claimyr, a callback from EDD instead of being on hold for 4hrs for a tier 2

I’m on my 2nd call first call no one answered and it just hung up and now when I called back they picked up less then 10 mins

Oh that’s the only callback Edd won’t call unless it using this app

I actually got my issues fixed today! Usually I have to wait for level 2 person...then get disconnected after 1 or 2 hours on hold. But actually the 1st person that answered knew how to do her job and no tier 2 specialist was needed!

What was your issue and how did she fix it?

ahh, i don't blame you. EDD is ridiculous. But I've seen so many people burned by letting EDD have it their way. I've seen the best success was sticking to controlling the show with them.
