My call reached the help desk. They cannot help me and gave me the same Phone number with prompt numbers 1-3-3-0. The help desk couldn't connect me and I cannot get through using this sequence. The says : "We're sorry, the maximum amount of has been reached. Please call again later." So I'm back to square one and this app has served no purpose; other than take my money.
