My call reached the help desk. They cannot help me and gave me the same Phone number with prompt numbers 1-3-3-0. The help desk couldn't connect me and I cannot get through using this sequence. The says : "We're sorry, the maximum amount of has been reached. Please call again later." So I'm back to square one and this app has served no purpose; other than take my money.

Also, some people have had success with the 833-978-2511 number instead. Don't give up - many of us have been in your exact situation and eventually got through. Keep trying different strategies and times of day.
