Jasmine, It might be simple and short time hearing. The judge might ask you if you are legally able to work in U.S A. If you submitted your US Passport, it will be fine. They send your decision in the mail if you haven’t got that letter within 10 days then you call the appeal office that did your hearing and they will resend it

You may call EDD or your local EDD appeal Board. The decision letter will be mailed to you once you have done "Hearing". Usually the hearing is scheduled more than 4 months later from the date of your appeal. https://join.claimyr.com/1373f0

Josue, EDD calculate the weekends, too. EDD uses 30 days calculation from Sunday to Saturday.
