I've been struggling with the same issue! Just wanted to share that if you're still waiting, you might want to try calling right when they open at 8 AM - that seems to be when you have the best chance of getting through. Also, don't hang up if you get the busy signal, sometimes it will eventually connect you to the queue. Good luck everyone!
That's really helpful advice about calling right at 8 AM! I'm new to dealing with and have been so frustrated trying to get through. Did you find that certain days of the week work better than others? I've heard Tuesday-Thursday might be less busy but wasn't sure if that's actually true. Thanks for sharing your experience!
