Go to the Employer Services Online login page; you can log in to use e-Services for Business, log in to use eWOTC, or log in to SIDES E-Response.
Select “Forgot password?”
Enter in the required personal information: first name, last name, email address, and last four (4) digits of your Social Security number.
Perform the required security check.
Answer the security questions you filled out when you registered.
You will receive an email with a link to confirm your email address. This link will expire in 24 hours. Select this unique link and follow the steps to reset your password. If you do not respond in 24 hours, you will need to restart this process

The password reset link that Katie shared worked for me, but if you're still having trouble with the security questions, you can also try calling EDD's technical support line at 1-833-978-2511. They can help reset your account security settings. Just be prepared to verify your identity with personal information like your SSN and claim details. Good luck!
