I had the same with uploading to EDD. What worked for me was clearing my browser cache and cookies, then trying again with a different browser (Chrome worked better than Safari for me). Also make sure your are in PDF format and under 10MB each. If you still don't see the option, you might need to call directly - sometimes they have to manually enable the feature on your account. The phone numbers shared above should help you get through to someone who can assist!

@Sean Kelly Yes, exactly! Some accounts don t'have the feature enabled by default, especially if your claim has certain flags or is under review. When I called, I had to my with my SSN and claim details, then explain that I needed to but couldn t'see the option. The rep was able to enable it on their end within about 10 minutes. After that, I logged out, cleared my cache again, and when I logged back in the " link" appeared on my homepage. Make sure to ask specifically for the document " feature to be enabled -" that s'the exact phrase that seemed to work for me.

Regarding processing times, when I finally got my uploaded last month, it took about 5-7 business days before I saw any update in my account. However, I ve'heard from others in this community that it can vary widely - some see updates in 3 days, others wait 2+ weeks. Since you have a pending interview, I d'definitely recommend calling to let them know you re'working on uploading the and ask if there s'a specific deadline. Sometimes they can note your account that are coming, which might help with your interview timing.
