Can't find where to upload 4365di forms on EDD website - help!

Hey everyone, I'm having trouble uploading my forms 4365di for identity and address wages. I can't seem to find where to upload them on the website. Has anyone else run into this issue? Any tips on where to look or what to do?

Ugh, I had the same problem last week! It's so frustrating when you can't find where to upload important documents. Have you tried looking under the 'Documents' or 'Forms' section of your account? Sometimes it's hidden in a weird place.

0 coins

Thanks for the suggestion! I looked in those sections but couldn't find anything. It's driving me crazy 😫

Maybe try clearing your browser cache and cookies? Sometimes that helps with weird website issues.

I remember having this issue too. If I recall correctly, you need to go to your claim summary page and there should be a link that says something like 'Upload Additional Documents' or 'Provide Supporting Information'. It's not very intuitive, tbh.

The whole system is a joke. Why can't they make it user-friendly? We're already stressed about our claims, and then we have to deal with this nonsense. πŸ€¦β€β™‚οΈ

Preach! πŸ™Œ I swear they make it complicated on purpose to discourage people from filing claims.

Guys, lets not assume malice. The systems probably just old and they dont have the budget to update it. Still sucks tho

Have you tried calling their support line? I know it's a pain to get through, but sometimes that's the only way to get a straight answer.

I've been trying to call all morning but keep getting a busy signal. It's so frustrating!

Hey, I found a method to get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/1X-mEsLtbmQ

0 coins

Sounds too good to be true. Is this legit? Has anyone else tried it?

0 coins

Yeah, it's legit. I was skeptical at first too, but it saved me hours of frustration. Worth every penny imo.

0 coins

$20 just to talk to someone? That's ridiculous. The system is so broken 😑

0 coins

I get it, but think about how much your time is worth. For me, not spending hours on hold was totally worth it.

Here's a detailed breakdown of how to upload forms 4365di: 1. Log into your account 2. Go to 'My Dashboard' 3. Click on 'Claims and Documents' 4. Look for 'Pending Documents' section 5. Click 'Upload New Document' 6. Select '4365di' from the dropdown menu 7. Upload your scanned form 8. Click 'Submit' If you don't see these options, your claim might not be at the stage where they're accepting these documents yet. In that case, you'll need to call and speak with a rep. Hope this helps!

Thank you so much for this detailed guide! I'll give it a try right now.

Am I the only one who thinks its crazy that we have to jump through all these hoops just to get our benefits? Like, we're already stressed about being unemployed, and then we gotta deal with this mess? 🀯

You're not alone. The system is designed to make you give up. Stay strong and keep pushing!

Pro tip: Take screenshots of EVERYTHING you do on their website. It's saved my butt more than once when they claimed I didn't submit something.

Has anyone else noticed that the website is always down for maintenance when you actually have time to deal with this stuff? It's like they know πŸ˜‚

I just went through this exact same thing last month! The upload feature is buried deep in the system. After you log in, look for a section called "Disability Insurance Online" or "DI Online" - sometimes it's under a different menu than where you'd expect. Once you're in there, look for "Submit Documents" or "Upload Forms." The 4365di forms should have their own category. If you still can't find it, try accessing your claim directly through the claim number search - that sometimes shows different options than the main dashboard. Good luck! 🀞

This is such a common issue! I had the same problem a few weeks ago. What finally worked for me was logging out completely, clearing my browser cache, and then logging back in. Sometimes the upload section only appears after you've been "invited" to submit documents via email or after a certain status change in your claim. Also, make sure you're using a supported browser - I had issues with Safari but Chrome worked fine. If none of the suggestions here work, you might need to wait for them to specifically request the documents from you. The system is definitely not intuitive at all! 😀

This is really helpful! I'm dealing with the same issue and haven't tried the browser cache clearing yet. Quick question - when you say "invited" to submit documents via email, do you mean they send you a specific link or just tell you to log in? I haven't gotten any email from them yet but my claim status changed yesterday, so maybe that's why I can't find the upload option. Thanks for the browser tip too - I've been using Edge, so I'll try Chrome! πŸ™

@Victoria Brown Yes, they usually send you a specific email with a direct link to upload documents! It s'not just a generic log "in message." The email will have a subject line like Action "Required: Submit Documents for Your Disability Claim and" includes a secure link that takes you straight to the upload portal. Since your claim status just changed, you should definitely get that email within the next few days. Keep checking your spam folder too - EDD emails sometimes end up there. The upload section really doesn t'show up until they trigger it on their end, which is super confusing! Chrome definitely works better than Edge for their site. Hope this helps! 😊

I just went through this nightmare myself! Here's what worked for me: After logging in, don't go to the main dashboard - instead, look for "Disability Insurance" in the top menu, then click "File/Manage Claim." From there, you should see a "Required Documents" or "Upload Documents" section. The key is that the upload feature only appears AFTER they've reviewed your initial claim and determined they need additional docs. If you submitted your claim recently, you might need to wait 3-5 business days before the upload option shows up. Also, make sure your PDFs are under 10MB and named clearly (like "LastName_4365DI_Identity.pdf"). The system is super picky about file formats - only PDF, JPG, or PNG work. If you're still stuck, try accessing the site between 8-10 AM when there's less traffic. Hope this saves someone else the headache I went through! πŸ’ͺ

This is exactly what I needed to hear! I've been checking the main dashboard obsessively but never thought to look under "Disability Insurance" in the top menu. That makes so much sense about waiting for them to review the initial claim first - I probably jumped the gun trying to upload everything right away. The file size and naming tips are super helpful too. I'll try the 8-10 AM window tomorrow since I've been attempting this in the evenings when everyone else is probably doing the same thing. Thank you for sharing your experience - it's reassuring to know I'm not the only one who found this process confusing! πŸ™

I had this exact same frustrating experience! What finally worked for me was going to the "UI Online" section (not the main dashboard), then clicking on "Claim Status" and scrolling down to find a section called "Outstanding Items" or "Required Actions." The upload link for 4365di forms was buried there. Also, I noticed the upload option only appeared after my claim had been processing for about a week - before that, the system just didn't show any document upload options at all. Make sure you're using a desktop/laptop too - the mobile version seems to hide some features. If you're still having trouble, try logging in during off-peak hours (early morning or late evening) when the site runs smoother. The whole system definitely needs a major overhaul - it shouldn't be this difficult to submit required documents! Hang in there! πŸ’ͺ

Thank you so much for mentioning the "UI Online" section! I've been looking everywhere except there. I think that might be my issue - I've only been checking the main dashboard and the regular disability sections. The timing thing makes total sense too - my claim was just submitted 3 days ago, so maybe I need to be more patient. I'll definitely try the desktop version instead of my phone and check during those off-peak hours you mentioned. It's so frustrating that something as simple as uploading documents has to be this complicated, but I really appreciate you sharing what actually worked! 🀞

I just dealt with this same issue last month! After reading through everyone's suggestions, I want to add one more thing that helped me: if you still can't find the upload section after trying all the great advice here, check your email for any correspondence from EDD first. Sometimes they send a specific message with instructions that include a direct link to upload your 4365di forms. Also, I found that the upload portal sometimes appears under "Correspondence" or "Messages" in your account rather than in the obvious document sections. The system really varies depending on what stage your claim is in. Don't give up - it's definitely frustrating but the upload feature is there somewhere! Good luck getting this sorted out! πŸ€

Great point about checking email first! I actually missed an important EDD email last week because it went to my spam folder - turned out it had the direct upload link I needed. The "Correspondence" section tip is gold too - I never would have thought to look there for document uploads. It's crazy how scattered the functionality is across different parts of the site. Thanks for adding that insight - hopefully between all these suggestions, @CaptainAwesome and others dealing with this will find their way to the upload portal! 🀞

This is such valuable advice! I just checked my spam folder after reading your comment and found two EDD emails from last week that I completely missed - one of them actually has a direct link for document uploads. You're absolutely right about the "Correspondence" section too - I found a message there with specific instructions for my claim that weren't showing up anywhere else on the dashboard. It's honestly ridiculous how they scatter important information across different sections of the site, but I'm grateful for communities like this where we can help each other navigate the chaos. Hopefully @CaptainAwesome sees all these helpful suggestions! πŸ™

I just went through this exact same frustration last week! After trying everything mentioned here, what finally worked for me was logging into the SDI Online portal (not the regular UI Online) and looking for a section called "Submit Medical Information" or "Upload Supporting Documents." The 4365di forms should be uploadable there under "Identity Verification" or "Wage Documentation" categories. One thing I noticed is that the upload option doesn't always appear immediately - sometimes you have to wait for your claim to reach a certain processing stage before the system allows document uploads. Also, make sure you're using the most recent version of your browser and have JavaScript enabled, as the upload feature seems to break with older browsers. If you're still stuck after trying all these great suggestions, you might want to try accessing the site through the "myEDD" mobile app - sometimes the mobile interface shows options that aren't visible on the desktop version. Hang in there - we've all been through this maze! πŸ’ͺ

This is super helpful! I had no idea there was a separate SDI Online portal - I've been banging my head against the UI Online wall this whole time. The JavaScript tip is really good too, I bet that's been part of my problem since I have pretty strict browser settings. It's reassuring to hear that the upload option appearing is tied to processing stages because I was starting to think I was doing something fundamentally wrong. I'll definitely try the mobile app approach if the SDI portal doesn't work out. Thanks for taking the time to share what worked for you - this community is honestly a lifesaver when dealing with EDD's confusing systems! πŸ™

I just successfully uploaded my 4365di forms after struggling with this for days! Here's what finally worked: Go to "SDI Online" (as @Malik Davis mentioned), then look for "Document Upload Center" in the left sidebar. From there, select "Disability Insurance Documents" and you should see 4365di as an option in the dropdown. The key thing I learned is that you HAVE to wait for your claim to show a status of "Pending Additional Information" before the upload portal becomes active - trying to upload before this status just won't work. Also, save your documents as PDFs with clear names like "4365DI_Identity_YourLastName.pdf" and make sure they're under 5MB each. If you're still not seeing the upload option, try logging out, clearing all cookies/cache, then logging back in using Chrome or Firefox (Edge gave me issues). The system is definitely poorly designed, but the upload feature is there once your claim reaches the right stage. Don't give up! 🌟

This is incredibly detailed and helpful! Thank you for sharing the exact steps that worked for you. The "Document Upload Center" in the left sidebar is something I definitely missed - I was looking for it in the main content area. The status requirement of "Pending Additional Information" makes so much sense now, that's probably why I couldn't find any upload options when I first tried. I'm going to screenshot your instructions and follow them step by step. It's amazing how this community has come together to solve what should be a simple process. Really appreciate you taking the time to write out such clear directions! πŸ™Œ

Wow, reading through all these responses has been incredibly helpful! I'm dealing with this same issue right now and was getting so frustrated. It sounds like the key things to try are: 1) Check the SDI Online portal instead of UI Online, 2) Look for "Document Upload Center" in the left sidebar, 3) Wait for claim status to show "Pending Additional Information", and 4) Check email/spam folder for direct upload links. I'm also going to try the browser cache clearing and using Chrome instead of Safari. Thanks everyone for sharing your experiences - it's reassuring to know this is a common problem and not just me being tech-challenged! This community is amazing for helping navigate EDD's confusing system. πŸ™

This is such a great summary of all the solutions! I'm bookmarking this thread because I know I'll need to reference it again. One thing I'd add from my own experience - if you're still having trouble after trying all these steps, sometimes the upload feature only works during certain hours of the day when their servers aren't overloaded. I had success uploading around 6 AM when fewer people were using the system. Also, don't forget to keep copies of everything you upload and take screenshots of the confirmation pages - EDD has a habit of "losing" documents. Hope this helps anyone else struggling with this nightmare of a system! πŸ’ͺ

I just went through this exact same struggle two weeks ago! After reading all these amazing suggestions, I want to add one more tip that saved me: if you're still not seeing the upload option after trying everything mentioned here, check if your claim has any "hold" or "pending review" flags. I discovered my claim was stuck in a review status that prevented the document upload feature from appearing at all. I had to call (yes, the dreaded phone call) to get the hold removed, and then suddenly all the upload options everyone mentioned became visible. Also, for anyone still struggling - the MyEDD mobile app sometimes shows different menu options than the website. I found my document upload section under "Benefits" β†’ "Disability" β†’ "Manage Claim" in the app when it wasn't showing up on desktop. The file size limit is definitely 5MB max, and they're really picky about file names - avoid any special characters or spaces. This thread is pure gold for anyone dealing with EDD's maze of a system! πŸ™Œ

This is such valuable additional information! The point about checking for "hold" or "pending review" flags is huge - that could explain why so many people can't find the upload option even when following all the other great steps mentioned here. It's frustrating that you had to call to get it resolved, but at least now we know that's a potential roadblock to look for. The mobile app tip is really smart too - I never thought to check if the app interface might show different options than the website. Thanks for adding the file naming tip about avoiding special characters and spaces - those little details can make or break the upload process with EDD's finicky system. Between all the responses in this thread, we've basically created the ultimate troubleshooting guide for 4365di uploads! πŸ’ͺ

I'm dealing with this exact same issue right now! It's so confusing trying to navigate their website. I've been looking everywhere for the upload option but can't seem to find it anywhere. Reading through all these responses has been incredibly helpful - it sounds like there are multiple places it could be hiding depending on your claim status. I'm going to try the SDI Online portal first since that seems to be where most people have had success. Has anyone had luck with uploading these forms recently, or are there any new tips that might help? I'm getting pretty frustrated with the whole process but this community gives me hope that I'll figure it out eventually! 🀞
