Finally got through to check claim status - any tips for others still trying?

Hey everyone, I just wanted to share my experience with checking on the status of my claim. I called the number they gave me and was able to get through to someone who helped me out. It took a little while, but I'm glad I was able to get some answers. Has anyone else had any luck getting through to them lately?

I actually didn't have to wait on hold at all! I used this site called claimyr.com that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, and then calls you when a live agent picks up. It cost $20, but it was totally worth it for me.
