It's worth trying the EDD online chat too. Sometimes you might get through faster there than with phone calls.

I got mine after only 3 weeks! ...but then it took another 2 months for any money to show up on it 🙃

EDD purgatory is real. I'm convinced time moves differently there.

It's rare, but some people do get their cards on time. It's just that the system is too inconsistent.
