It's a calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to your phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's what you need to do: 1. Check your address online and make sure it's correct 2. If it's been more than 10 business days since your card was issued, call Bank of America EDD debit card customer service at 1-866-692-9374 3. If BoA says they sent the card, file a lost mail claim with USPS 4. If all else fails, you may need to request a replacement card. But be warned, this can take another 7-10 business days Hang in there! The system sucks, but you'll get your money eventually.
