Really made a difference, save me time and energy from going to a local office for making the call.

Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.

How long after you won the claim did you call to get your card unblocked ? I’m going through the same issues I won’t my over 2 weeks ago and my card still isn’t unlocked
Called both , keep saying I’m just waiting on everything to clear up . . That’s why I was inquiring about the timeline
To avoid this, I just asked for a paper to be mailed. Its the only other option.

Hi Edgar, Yup, they are correct. It’s taking about 1 month & 1/2 to 2 months for them to receive and it in, after it scans in and give it another 2 weeks for them to verify. Once it’s been a month from when you sent it, I suggest calling weekly from them to keep on checking it’s been received and scanned! My husband is going into 3 months without income.
