Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Hi Edgar, Yup, they are correct. It’s taking about 1 month & 1/2 to 2 months for them to receive and it in, after it scans in and give it another 2 weeks for them to verify. Once it’s been a month from when you sent it, I suggest calling weekly from them to keep on checking it’s been received and scanned! My husband is going into 3 months without income.
