Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. I have been waiting 3 months and still have not had my interview scheduled.
Yeah that's what I did. I reached out to my assemblyman to see what can be done.
When tier 2 or an never help, next step is an assembly member then appeal.

did they ask for identity documents from you ? i’m experiencing same issue it turned out to be identity upload was bad. i had to call or the separate line for identity verification and if that was problem removes

I'm sorry to hear what you went through with fraud. To get your edd account, you can get it thru online message or over the phone. I prefer a phone because it's faster. Get your edd account via a phone but I also want to advise you to contact an assembly member for this issue and inform edd fraud department wasn't helpful so ask for special assistance.
