Trouble with Spanish language call - any tips?
Hey everyone, I'm having trouble with a Spanish language call. Has anyone else experienced this? I'm trying to get through to someone but it's been a real hassle. Any tips or advice would be really appreciated!

Ugh, been there done that. The Spanish line can be a nightmare sometimes. Have you tried calling early in the morning? That's usually when I have the best luck getting through.

•Early morning calls are hit or miss for me. Sometimes it works, other times I'm on hold forever 🙄

I found a method to get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/DOLxZQb92wM

•I know it sounds sketchy, but I swear it worked for me. Saved me hours of frustration. The $20 was worth it to finally get my issue resolved.

•Interesting. How long did you have to wait before they connected you?

•It took about an hour and a half, but I didn't have to sit there listening to hold music. They just called me when an agent was on the line.

Have you tried using the online portal instead? Sometimes its easier to get help through there than calling.

Oof, the Spanish line is rough. I usually just use the English line and muddle through with my broken Spanglish. It's not ideal, but sometimes it's faster 🤷♂️

•Haha, I wish I could do that. My Spanish is basically non-existent. Guess I'm stuck with the Spanish line for now.

I feel your pain, OP. The whole system is a mess. I've been trying to get through for weeks now. It's like they don't want us to actually get help 🙄

•Preach! 🙌 The bureaucracy is real. Sometimes I wonder if anyone's actually working on the other end.

Here's what I've learned after dealing with this for months: 1. Persistence is key. Keep calling, even if it feels hopeless. 2. Try different times of day. Early morning and late afternoon seem to work best. 3. Be prepared with all your info before you call. Have your claim number, ID, and any relevant documents ready. 4. If you get a unhelpful agent, politely end the call and try again. Some are more knowledgeable than others. 5. Consider using a call-back service if you're really stuck. It costs money, but it might be worth it if you're desperate. 6. Check for any Spanish-language community organizations in your area. They might be able to help or provide resources. 7. Document everything. Write down who you talked to, when, and what they said. Hope this helps! Hang in there, OP. We're all in the same boat.

Have you tried reaching out on social media? Sometimes tweeting at them or messaging on Facebook can get a response.
