Really made a difference, save me time and energy from going to a local office for making the call.

Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.

Used this service a couple times now. Before I'd call 200 times in less than a weak frustrated as can be. But using claimyr with a couple hours of waiting i was on the line with an representative or on hold. Have you tried faxing your documents? I know it sounds old school, but sometimes it gets attention faster than online submissions.
Unpopular opinion: maybe we should all just be grateful these benefits exist at all? In many countries, you'd be SOL.
Found the bootlicker 🙄 Just because other places have it worse doesn't mean we can't expect better.
I'm just saying, a little perspective can help with the frustration. But yeah, the system definitely needs improvement.

PSA: There's a new online portal for checking claim status. It's not perfect, but it's better than nothing. Google 'EDD claim status portal' and you should find it.

Hey, former EDD employee here. For address verification, they usually want to see two different official documents with your name and address. Utility bills, bank statements, or government mail (like voter registration) work best. Avoid using handwritten mail or personal letters. Hope this helps!
