Need to delete wrong form on PFL application - help!

I found a method to get someone on the phone quickly. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Whatever you do, DON'T try to upload a new form to "cover" the old one. I did that and it totally messed up my claim. Had to start the whole process over 😫
