Need help getting PFL award letter from EDD - any tips to speed up the process?

I went through this a few months ago. It can be a real pain! Have you tried calling the EDD directly? Sometimes that's the fastest way to get an update on your award letter status.

Pro tip: I found a way to actually get someone on the phone without the endless hold times. Have you checked your online account? Sometimes they upload the award letter there before sending it out in the mail.
