EDD website not working - Can't submit document online. Help!

Hey everyone, I'm having trouble submitting a document online. The website isn't working for me at all. Has anyone else experienced this? I'm not even sure if I have the right document to begin with. Any advice would be appreciated!

Ugh, I feel your pain! The online system is such a nightmare sometimes. What kind of document are you trying to submit? Maybe I can help point you in the right direction.

Thanks for responding! It's a form for my unemployment claim. I think it's the right one, but the website keeps crashing when I try to upload it.

Ah, gotcha. Yeah, their website is notoriously buggy. Have you tried using a different browser? Sometimes that works for me.

I'll give that a shot. Thanks for the tip!

Classic government website issues 🙄 I swear they make it difficult on purpose. Have you tried calling them? Sometimes that's the only way to get things done.

I've been trying to call, but I can never get through. It's so frustrating!

Keep trying! It took me like 50 attempts, but I finally got through. Good luck!

Hey, I found a way to actually get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/DOLxZQb92wM

Sounds too good to be true. Is this legit?

I was skeptical at first too, but I can confirm it worked for me. Saved me hours of frustration.

20 bucks tho? Thats kinda steep for a phone call...

I get it, but for me, it was worth it to finally talk to someone and get my issue resolved. Time is money, ya know?

Have you checked if the document is in the right format? Sometimes they only accept PDFs or specific file sizes. That tripped me up before.

This whole system is a joke. I've been trying to sort out my claim for months. Good luck, OP. You're gonna need it. 😫

Here's what I've learned from my experience with submitting documents online: 1. Make sure your document is in PDF format and under 5MB. 2. Clear your browser cache and cookies before trying again. 3. Use Chrome or Firefox - the site doesn't play well with Safari or Edge. 4. If all else fails, try uploading very early in the morning or late at night when traffic is lower. 5. Double-check that you're on the correct page for your specific type of claim. 6. If you still can't submit, take screenshots of the errors you're getting. They can be helpful when you finally reach someone. Hope this helps! Let me know if you have any questions.
