Has anyone else had issues with their paid family leave payment being delayed due to a system glitch? I was supposed to get paid 3 weeks ago, but there's apparently some error that only 'super users' can fix. Regular reps can't do anything, and when they try to process the payment, it just times out. From what I understand, they're specialized reps with more system access. But tbh, I'm not 100% sure. The regular reps just keep saying they don't have the 'tools' to fix it. 🤷‍♂️
