EDD CA ID verification issue - can't complete unemployment claim

Here's what you need to do: 1. Gather all your documents: CA ID, Social Security card, and any other identification you have. 2. Take clear, well-lit photos of these documents. 3. Try uploading them again to the EDD website. Sometimes it's just a temporary glitch. 4. If that doesn't work, you might need to verify your identity through ID.me. Check if there's an option for that on the EDD site. 5. As a last resort, you may need to mail in physical copies of your documents to EDD. Remember, persistence is key. Don't give up! The system is frustrating but keep at it.

Have you checked if your CA ID is expired? That could be why it's not going through. I had to renew mine before I could complete the verification.
