If I could give 10 stars I would

If I could give 10 stars I would If I could give 10 stars I would Such an amazing service so needed during the times when EDD almost never picks up Claimyr gets me on the phone with EDD every time without fail faster. A much needed service without Claimyr I would have never received the payment I needed to support me during my postpartum recovery. Thank you so much Claimyr!

Really made a difference

Really made a difference, save me time and energy from going to a local office for making the call.

Worth not wasting your time calling for hours.

Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.

An incredibly helpful service

An incredibly helpful service! Got me connected to a CA EDD agent without major hassle (outside of EDD's agents dropping calls – which Claimyr has free protection for). If you need to file a new claim and can't do it online, pay the $ to Claimyr to get the process started. Absolutely worth it!

Consistent,frustration free, quality Service.

Used this service a couple times now. Before I'd call 200 times in less than a weak frustrated as can be. But using claimyr with a couple hours of waiting i was on the line with an representative or on hold. Dropped a couple times but each reconnected not long after and was mission accomplished, thanks to Claimyr.

IT WORKS!! Not a scam!

I tried for weeks to get thru to EDD PFL program with no luck. I gave this a try thinking it may be a scam. OMG! It worked and They got thru within an hour and my claim is going to finally get paid!! I upgraded to the $60 call. Best $60 spent!

Idk if this helps, but I had a similar issue. Turns out there was a glitch in their system and my claim wasn't properly processed. Had to file an appeal. Might wanna ask about that when u finally get thru to someone.

CONTACT YOUR STATE REPRESENTATIVE!!! They have liaisons who can escalate your case. It's literally their job to help constituents with stuff like this.

💯 this. My assemblyman's office got my issue resolved in a week after months of nothing.

0 coins

Quick question - did you make sure to certify for your weeks? Sometimes people forget that step and it holds up the whole process.

0 coins

Oh, I didn't realize I had to certify for PFL bonding. How do I do that?

0 coins

For PFL bonding, you usually don't need to certify each week like with UI. My bad, I got them mixed up! 😅 Disregard my previous comment.

Have you tried reaching out to your local assembly member's office? They can sometimes help speed things up with EDD claims.

0 coins

I hadn't thought of that! How would I go about contacting them?

0 coins

Just google your district and 'assembly member'. Their office usually has a form or contact info for constituent services. They deal with EDD issues all the time!

Have you checked your spam folder? I know it sounds dumb, but I found my PFL approval letter in there after weeks of waiting lol

0 coins

idk if this helps, but I had success reaching out to EDD through their Twitter account. They actually responded and helped me resolve my issue.

0 coins

Wait, EDD has a Twitter? What timeline are we living in? 😂

0 coins

Lol ikr? But hey, whatever works! 🤷‍♀️

0 coins

lol welcome to the wonderful world of government efficiency 🤡 I swear they lose half the claims on purpose

Has anyone tried faxing their documents instead of mailing/uploading? I heard from a friend that sometimes it gets processed faster that way. Might be worth a shot?

0 coins

Faxing? What year is it, 1995? 😂 But for real, if it works, it works. Desperate times call for desperate measures!

It sounds like Claimyr might be a useful tool if you're really struggling to get through to EDD. However, it's a shame we need third-party services to navigate a government system. Remember to weigh the cost and ensure it's the right option for you. Besides, continue using the free methods listed by others like documenting everything, calling at the right times, contacting representatives, and more.

0 coins

Totally agree! It's useful, but the need for it highlights the system's shortcomings.

0 coins

Balancing between free methods and paid services might be the best approach.

I'm telling you, the whole system is rigged against us. They make it impossible to get help on purpose. It's all a big scam to avoid paying out benefits. Wake up, sheeple! 🐑🐑🐑

0 coins

Oh yeah? Then explain why they can't even update a simple website? It's 2023, for crying out loud! They're doing this on purpose, I'm telling you.

I get your frustration! But usually, it's under-resourced departments struggling to keep up. Let's hope they improve soon.
