Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.

Used this service a couple times now. Before I'd call 200 times in less than a weak frustrated as can be. But using claimyr with a couple hours of waiting i was on the line with an representative or on hold. Dropped a couple times but each reconnected not long after and was mission accomplished, thanks to Claimyr.

Have you tried emailing them? Sometimes that works better than calling. Just be prepared to wait a while for a response.
Yeah, it's on their website under "Contact Us". But don't get your hopes up, it took them 3 weeks to get back to me 🙄
Be sure to check your spam folder just in case they did reply and it ended up there.

Here's what worked for me when I had verification issues with my PFL claim: 1. Double-check ALL your info. Even tiny discrepancies can cause problems. 2. Make sure your ID isn't expired. 3. If you've moved recently, update your address everywhere. 4. Try uploading clearer photos of your documents if you did it on mobile. 5. Use the online portal to message them directly about the issue. 6. As a last resort, fax your documents (yes, seriously, sometimes this works better). Hope this helps! The system is a pain, but don't give up. You'll get through eventually!

Okay, I know this sounds crazy, but hear me out. I found a way to actually get through to a real person. There's this website called claimyr.com that has a calling tool. It dials the phone menu, stays on hold, and then connects you when a live agent picks up. It costs $20, but it worked for me. Here's the link: https://claimyr.com
