This is why I always keep access to old email accounts, even if I don't use them anymore. Lesson learned the hard way, I guess.
Hey, just a heads up - there was a glitch in the system last month that caused some payments to be delayed. They said they're working on it, but who knows how long that'll take. Might be worth mentioning when you finally get through to someone.
Quick question - how long did it take for y'all to get your first payment after your claim was approved? I'm going on week 3 and still nothing...
I had a similar issue last month. Turns out, I needed to clear my browser cache and cookies. After that, the option to update payment info magically appeared. Might be worth a shot!
Here's a detailed guide on updating payment info: 1. Log into your account 2. Go to 'Account Settings' or 'Billing' 3. Look for 'Payment Methods' or 'Manage Payments' 4. Select the payment method you want to update/remove 5. Follow the prompts to edit or delete If you can't find these options, try: - Using a different browser - Clearing cache and cookies - Checking for any account restrictions If all else fails, contact customer support directly. Be sure to have your account info ready! Hope this helps! 🙌

Have you tried faxing your claim? I know it sounds crazy, but I've heard some people have had luck with that. Apparently, the fax goes to a different department or something.
