FMLA application stuck for a month - no updates, can't reach anyone. Help!
Hey everyone, I'm getting really frustrated with my FMLA application. It's been a whole month since I submitted it and I still haven't heard anything back. I tried calling to get an update on my case but I can't get through to anyone. Has anyone else experienced this kind of delay? Any advice on how to speed things up or at least get some information about where my application stands?

Hey everyone, I'm dealing with a Paid Family Leave issue in California and it's been pending since February 27th. It's now April and I'm still waiting. Has anyone else experienced such a long wait time? Any advice on how to speed up the process or what I should do next? I'm getting really frustrated with the lack of progress.

Has anyone tried faxing their documents instead of uploading online? I've heard it can sometimes be faster.

Weeks of calling for status update, can't get through. Any tips?
I've been trying to get a status update for weeks now and I can't get through to anyone. The wait times are insane. Has anyone else been dealing with this? It's so frustrating to be left in the dark about my case.

I've given up on calling. Sent a certified letter instead. At least this way I have proof that I've been trying to contact them.
Has anyone tried going to the office in person? I'm considering it at this point, even if I have to wait in line all day.
I tried last month. They turned me away and told me to use the phone or online system. Complete waste of time.
Some offices are open for in-person now, but you need an appointment. Check their website for info.

Pro tip: if u cant get thru on the main line, try calling the employer line and act like ur a confused employer. sometimes they'll help u anyway lol
