If I could give 10 stars I would

If I could give 10 stars I would If I could give 10 stars I would Such an amazing service so needed during the times when EDD almost never picks up Claimyr gets me on the phone with EDD every time without fail faster. A much needed service without Claimyr I would have never received the payment I needed to support me during my postpartum recovery. Thank you so much Claimyr!

Really made a difference

Really made a difference, save me time and energy from going to a local office for making the call.

Worth not wasting your time calling for hours.

Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.

An incredibly helpful service

An incredibly helpful service! Got me connected to a CA EDD agent without major hassle (outside of EDD's agents dropping calls – which Claimyr has free protection for). If you need to file a new claim and can't do it online, pay the $ to Claimyr to get the process started. Absolutely worth it!

Consistent,frustration free, quality Service.

Used this service a couple times now. Before I'd call 200 times in less than a weak frustrated as can be. But using claimyr with a couple hours of waiting i was on the line with an representative or on hold. Dropped a couple times but each reconnected not long after and was mission accomplished, thanks to Claimyr.

IT WORKS!! Not a scam!

I tried for weeks to get thru to EDD PFL program with no luck. I gave this a try thinking it may be a scam. OMG! It worked and They got thru within an hour and my claim is going to finally get paid!! I upgraded to the $60 call. Best $60 spent!

Pro tip: if you're having trouble getting paid, try filing a new claim. Sometimes the system glitches and this can jumpstart the process. Worked for me!

Careful with this advice. Filing a new claim when you shouldn't can actually cause more delays. Always check with a rep first if possible.

lmao if only! I'd settle for it being in my bank account πŸ’Έ

lol welcome to late-stage capitalism, where companies can do whatever they want and we just have to deal 🀑

Hey OP, have you considered legal action? If enough of us are having the same issue, we might have a case for a class action lawsuit.

Woah, slow down there. Let's not go nuclear just yet. Legal stuff can get messy and expensive real quick.

True, but sometimes it's the only way to get these big companies to listen. Just food for thought.

I heard they're super backed up cuz of all the fraud cases they're dealing with. Might be why it's taking so long πŸ€”

Yeah, I read about that too. Apparently there were billions in fraudulent claims last year. Crazy stuff!

Pro tip: if you do manage to get through on the phone, ask them to escalate your claim to a manager. Worked for me!

This! πŸ’― The regular reps often can't do much, but managers have more power to push things through

I'm telling you, the real solution is to camp outside their office. Bring a tent, some snacks, and don't leave until they help you. Who's with me? β›ΊοΈπŸ•οΈ

Lmao imagine the look on their faces when they show up to work and see a bunch of us camped out front 🀣

Guys, I just got through after trying for weeks! Here's what worked for me: 1. Call at 2:55 PM 2. Press 1 for English 3. Then 1 for claim questions 4. Then 2 for existing claims 5. Then 4 for general questions I was on hold for about an hour, but I finally spoke to someone. Hope this helps!

Wait, 2:55 PM? Doesn't the office close at 3? How does that work?

β€’

They stop taking new calls at 3, but if you're already in the queue they'll still help you. That's why calling right before closing sometimes works better!
