What forms needed for SDI identity verification? Incomplete submission help!
Hey everyone, I'm trying to verify my identity for disability benefits and I'm not sure what forms I need. I started the process but my submission was incomplete. Anyone been through this recently? What documents did you need to provide? I'm feeling pretty lost here and could use some guidance.

I just went through this nightmare last month. Here's what you need: - Driver's license or state ID - Social Security card - Recent utility bill or bank statement (for proof of address) - Birth certificate Make sure all documents are clear and legible. I found a method to get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/1X-mEsLtbmQ
