SDI payments stopped since 5/2 - disability leave ending today, no final payment received. Help!

Ugh, that sucks! Have you tried calling the disability office? They might be able to give you some answers about why your payments stopped.

I had a similar issue last year. Turns out there was a glitch in their system and my claim got stuck. Def keep trying to reach them, and maybe check if you can submit an inquiry online too.

This is why I hate dealing with government agencies. Always some bs goin on 🙄

Hey, I found a method to actually get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. They might be able to help push things along. 4. If all else fails, consider reaching out to your local representative's office. They sometimes can help cut through red tape. 5. Make sure all your paperwork is in order. Sometimes payments get held up because of missing or incorrect information. Remember, you're entitled to these benefits. Don't give up! Quick question - did you submit all the required paperwork for the extension of your leave? Sometimes they need additional docs for continued payments.

guys. i literaly just saw a tiktok about this. apparently theres a huge backlog rn bcuz of some new system they implemented. might explain the delay
